Spring Forth

Spring. Light, repair, renewal, growth. “To spring forth” is to rise up, to appear, to emerge and show oneself. It’s a time for rejuvenation and blossoming, for shedding what may be hindering you from living the most genuine version of yourself. Revisit the you who existed before the world took hold, the unapologetic you who still exists within, wishing to be seen, noticed, and valued. Supply the time, space, and energy to focus on reaquainting with your true self. The self who got buried under the noise of others, under the burden of pleasing to keep the peace; the self who got betrayed so you could safely function in the world. It is safe to spring forth and shed the camouflage that served you well. Your self deserves to be seen, noticed, and valued.
